To maintain a relaxing and professional environment and to ensure the best results for every client please review the studio policies below prior to your appointment.

Age Policy

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have signed consent on file.

Guest Policy

To maintain safety, sanitation, and focus during treatments, only the client receiving the service is allowed in the treatment room.

• No children or pets are permitted in the studio.

• If you arrive with a guest, they will be asked to wait outside.

Phone & Device Etiquette

Please silence your phone or set it to vibrate during your appointment.

Phone calls and speakerphone use are not permitted during services, as they disrupt the flow and relaxation of your treatment.

Restroom Use

Please use the restroom before or after your appointment. Mid-service bathroom breaks reduce treatment time and may impact results, especially for timed services like lash lifts or brow lamination.

Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked online through the official booking site.

Appointments cannot be booked via DM or text to ensure accurate scheduling and to uphold the cancellation policy. A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.

Results Disclaimer

All esthetic services including facials, brow treatments, and lash services produce results that vary from person to person. Skin and hair can respond differently based on natural biology, previous treatments, sensitivities, lifestyle, medication use, and consistency with homecare.

Because every body reacts uniquely, results cannot be guaranteed, and skin responses are not fully within my control. Temporary reactions such as redness, dryness, breakouts, or irritation may occur and are considered a normal part of the skin’s healing and adjustment process.

  • Honest communication about changes or reactions
  • Commitment to recommended treatment plans
  • Patience with the skin’s natural pace of change

While each service is performed with precision and care, true improvement depends on many factors beyond the treatment room.

Right to Refuse Service

Wallflower Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, arrives intoxicated, or does not comply with studio policies.
