Cancellation Policy

Please reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows significantly impact the ability to provide quality care and accommodate other clients. Preparation for each service begins well before the client arrives, and the schedule is thoughtfully limited to ensure each appointment receives the time and attention it deserves.

To reserve a time slot, clients are required to agree to the cancellation policy as follows:

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. (Example: a 2:00 PM Friday appointment must be cancelled by 2:00 PM Thursday.)
  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

This policy is not intended to penalize, but to maintain a sustainable and respectful booking process. Situations such as illness, work emergencies, family needs, and travel delays are not exempt from this policy. Confirmation and reminder emails or texts are sent as a courtesy; not receiving them does not excuse a missed appointment.

A credit card is required to book and is securely stored on file. If the cancellation policy is not honored, the card will be charged accordingly.

Late Policy

A 10-minute grace period is offered for all appointments. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the appointment is considered cancelled and the full cost of the service will be charged.

If running late, please contact Wallflower Beauty Studio as soon as possible to share an estimated arrival time. Efforts will be made to accommodate when possible.

ClassPass Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Wallflower Beauty Studio is honored to be part of the ClassPass community. However, ClassPass operates on its own booking and cancellation system, and there are important policies all clients must follow:

Cancellation Window

ClassPass allows clients to cancel up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 12 hours will automatically result in:

  • Loss of credits
  • A late cancellation fee charged directly by ClassPass

Please note: This policy is set by ClassPass and cannot be overridden by Wallflower Beauty Studio.

No Rescheduling on My End

Rescheduling ClassPass appointments must be done directly through the ClassPass app.

I cannot move, change, or hold a time for you outside of the system. If you miss your appointment or arrive outside the 10-minute grace period, your credits will be forfeited and I am unable to rebook you without a new ClassPass booking.

Why This Matters

ClassPass operates on limited booking windows and inventory. When a spot is missed or cancelled late:

  • I’m unable to recover the lost time or reserve another slot for you without a new booking
  • I am not authorized to bypass ClassPass rules

How to Avoid Losing Credits

  • Set a reminder for your appointment
  • Cancel at least 12 hours in advance
  • Check your commute/parking location beforehand
  • Use the ClassPass app to reschedule if needed
