Refunds + Exchanges
Products, services and gift certificates are non refundable. Products in new condition can be exchanged for studio credit within 7 days of purchase. New condition means they are unopened, unused and any seals are in tact. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged and hold no cash value. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are happy to exchange items that arrive broken or damaged. Please email Wallflowerbeautystudio@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, with images of the damaged item.
Satisfaction
We understand that sometimes there may be miscommunication somewhere and perhaps you didn't exactly receive the look you were anticipating. If you have a major problem with our service we ask that you please contact us within 24 hours after your appointment.
We will be happy to help/fix as best as we can (under realistic circumstances) to remedy the situation. Since product and time were used we are unable to refund services.
